Signature Treatment

Skindepth’s Signature Treatment is designed to improve the health, functioning and appearance of the skin. It has multiple treatment elements within the one session targeting various depths of the skin and was designed by Dr Alice Rudd. This treatment includes an Enzyme Exfoliation, Laser Genesis, Chemical Peel, LED Healite and a customised mask. Moisturiser and sunscreen is applied to the skin at the end of the treatment.

This treatment is suitable for people concerned with acne scarring, open pores, discolouration including pigmentation and redness, fine lines, wrinkles and dehydrated skin. Not suitable for those with photosensitive disorders, infections or pregnancy.

  • Is Skindepth’s Signature treatment painful?

    A majority of this treatment is painless. The chemical peel can feel warm and itchy when applied but this is only temporary and a fan can be used to ease any discomfort. The sensation of the Laser Genesis is described as being like an elastic band flicking the skin accompanied by warmth. Some areas on the face are more sensitive than others such as the upper cheeks and nose. The Healite has a warm feeling.

  • How long is the treatment?

    The treatment length is 60 minutes.

  • What is the expected downtime with treatment?

    Skindepth’s Signature Treatment has no downtime and you can resume normal activities without any discomfort or redness.

The Signature treatment includes the following steps:

What does the signature treatment treat?

The signature treatment can target multiple concerns in the one sitting, including acne scarring, open pores, discolouration including pigmentation and redness, fine lines, wrinkles dehydrated skin, congestion and acne.

What is the downtime for the Signature treatment?

Every skin reacts differently to skin treatments. But typically, the signature treatment involves very little downtime, with mild redness and little to no flaking of skin to be expected for 12-48 hours post treatment.

How many sessions are recommended?

The signature treatment is a lovely gift for a relaxing refresh of the skin. Between 3-6 session are recommended if wanting to target specific concerns in the skin, with 3 monthly maintenance sessions once desired outcomes are achieved.
