Apple cider vinegar - what's in it for my skin?

07-11-2017

In the depths of winter, I always seek out a warm drink. Now’s the time I consume loads of ACV.

Full of health boosting goodness, this lactofermented tonic is top notch for the digestive system nourishing it with probiotics! It also supports the immune system to keep away colds. I swear by it, though I often hear some swear words from my colleagues about the smell in the office! But who cares? Itmakes my skin GLOW!!!!

Containing  acetic, citric and malic acids as well as manganese and probiotic bacteria. It therefore aids the body and skins ph balance to be more aligned, due to its alkalising effects. A little short pre-dinner stimulates bile and digestive enzymes to break down fats in the food before entering digestive tract. If a neat shot is a little too overwhelming  try it in combination with some honey, and dilute it  down with warm water as a ‘tea’ substitute.
